The hotel had excellent on and off-board activities and an inclusive atmosphere. The hostess was accommodating to single travelers. scuba diving every day was a highlight, and the itinerary included visits to must-see places.
The hotel had issues with drainage, which made for an unpleasant experience in our room. Despite complaining, the issue never got resolved, which detracted from the overall quality.

The beach location was great and the pool area was nice too. We also appreciated the daily activities offered for guests, including the water sports.
The rooms were dirty upon check-in and the bedding was stained. The food options were limited and the quality was poor. The staff lacked hospitality skills and seemed disinterested in our concerns. our Easter holiday at this hotel was a disappointing experience.

The cruise ship's itinerary, activities, and food options were exceptional, with multiple events each day to keep guests entertained. Visitors could enjoy stunning locations on the surrounding islands, such as the blue lagoon, coral beds, and limestone caves. Cabins were spacious and clean, equipped with comfortable beds and real windows, with great showers and turn-down service. the staff were friendly and attentive.
Despite the excellent service, some maintenance issues still linger, particularly with the age of the ship, causing some discomfort.
